Our APR calculation uses fixed default logic. Please remember Annual Percentage Rate (APR) may vary based upon loan amount, terms and closing costs and may not reflect our current situation. To calculate APR in this interest rates page we are using the following default logic. Loan amount used for APR is $150,000 with 1% additional fee scenario. The Adjustable Rate uses a 0.5% Max Periodic Rate Increase with a rate change every 12 months and a maximum Lifetime Rate Increase of 10%. Jumbo rate programs are based on a loan amount of $417,001.
